Stonewall Solutions, a Marlborough, Massachusetts-based provider of custom technology solutions to state and local government, law enforcement, and higher education, has been acquired by Renovus Capital Partners-backed xFact.
The company serves clients across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Mississippi, and Vermont with IT modernization, custom application development, and case management services.
“For more than 20 years, our team has been focused on building technology that helps state and local government agencies serve their communities better,” said John Condon, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stonewall.
The deal adds IT modernization and case management depth to xFact’s public sector platform, which spans public safety and criminal justice, health and human services, and broader state and local government.
Renovus Capital Partners, the majority owner of xFact, supported the transaction.
