Great Point Partners-backed VetnCare has acquired Holistic Veterinary Care, an Oakland, California-based holistic medicine and rehabilitation veterinary hospital.
Founded in 2009, the practice integrates Eastern healing traditions like acupuncture and chiropractic with conventional veterinary medicine.
Founder Dr. Gary Richter will remain as Clinical Director and continue practicing.
The transaction is VetnCare’s sixth since partnering with Great Point Partners and the first under CEO Matt Kirchner.
