Altaline Capital Management has completed a growth investment in Risk & Regulatory Consulting, a provider of actuarial, financial, IT and compliance services to U.S. insurance regulators. The firm supports insurance departments with financial examinations, market-conduct reviews, actuarial work, insolvency and receivership support, and investment analysis.
The transaction is Altaline’s fourth platform investment in twelve months within its compliance, safety and risk investment strategy. Announced September 7, the investment adds a specialist regulatory-services business to Altaline’s portfolio.
