NewSpring-Backed Xpect Solutions Acquires Amivero
The combination adds Homeland Security customers and adds AI, fraud, and digital identity services.
Xpect Solutions, a NewSpring Holdings portfolio company, has acquired Amivero, a technology services provider to Homeland Security agencies. Amivero brings capabilities in artificial intelligence, automation, fraud operations, digital identity, data analytics, and software development.
The combination adds federal customer relationships to Xpect alongside its enterprise IT and cybersecurity services. Together, the businesses have more than 450 employees serving federal law enforcement, homeland security, and national security customers.
Amivero leaders will continue in leadership roles across the combined company. Piper Sandler advised Amivero.
