EnCap Flatrock has agreed to sell Momentum Midstream to Williams, according to the announcement reported on August 3, 2026.
Momentum operates a large-scale natural gas system with more than 4,000 miles of gathering and transmission pipelines. The system delivers gas to regions of east Texas and the Gillis Hub in Louisiana.
The reported transaction value is $5.5 billion.
