Pollen Street-backed OrderYOYO acquires Dutch restaurant software firm Cashdesk
Cashdesk, a Netherlands-based white label software and payments provider, serves more than 700 restaurant partners and was founded in 2000.
OrderYOYO, a Pollen Street Capital-backed provider of embedded payments and software for European quick service restaurants, has acquired Cashdesk, an independent white label software and payments company in the Netherlands.
Cashdesk, founded in 2000 by Rolf van Alten, offers ecommerce, point of sale software, online and offline payment processing and self-service kiosks. The business brings more than two million orders a year to OrderYOYO's platform.
The deal is the second bolt-on since Pollen Street Capital's investment in May 2025 and the sixth acquisition by OrderYOYO since 2022. OrderYOYO CEO Jesper Johansen said it strengthens the company's position in the Netherlands and accelerates its European ambitions.
