Bregal Sagemount acquires LSPedia for pharma software platform
Serving more than 1,600 customers, the Farmington Hills software provider processes over 900 million serialized units annually across 750,000-plus trading partner connections.
Bregal Sagemount acquired LSPedia, compliance, traceability, and supply chain software for pharmaceuticals.
The Farmington Hills, Michigan company was founded in 2013 by Riya Cao and serves pharmaceutical manufacturers, wholesale distributors, dispensers, healthcare systems and government agencies.
Its cloud-based OneScan platform supports serialization and track-and-trace requirements, including DSCSA and FMD, across 40 countries.
