Bluehenge Capital Partners and a consortium of other investors have sold Rotorcraft Leasing Company, an offshore helicopter operator, to Voyager Interests.

The company provides mission-critical transport for personnel and equipment to offshore energy installations, operating six flight bases and more than 30 fueling stations along the Gulf Coast, and offers full in-house maintenance and repair services for its fleet.

“We are excited to partner with Voyager as we begin the next chapter in RLC’s long and successful 36-year history,” said Dru Milke, President and CEO of RLC.

Voyager Interests, based in Houston, specializes in energy services and equipment investments.
