Bluehenge Capital Partners and a consortium of other investors have sold Rotorcraft Leasing Company, an offshore helicopter operator, to Voyager Interests.
The company provides mission-critical transport for personnel and equipment to offshore energy installations, operating six flight bases and more than 30 fueling stations along the Gulf Coast, and offers full in-house maintenance and repair services for its fleet.
