Egeria has agreed to sell Trust, a Netherlands-based accessories brand, to ACCO Brands Corporation. The business generates approximately $100 million in annual revenue.

The purchase brings ACCO Brands' technology peripherals portfolio, alongside Kensington, PowerA and the recently acquired EPOS business, to nearly $500 million in pro forma annual sales. ACCO Brands plans to finance the acquisition through borrowings under its revolving credit facility and expects the deal to be modestly accretive to adjusted earnings.

Trust operates an asset-light model with outsourced manufacturing and scalable sourcing, and its retail, e-commerce and B2B channels complement ACCO Brands' existing distribution capabilities. Closing is expected in the late third quarter or early fourth quarter, subject to customary closing requirements and competition authority approvals.
