Manna Tree acquires majority stake in Zambezi
Built over two decades in Los Angeles, the independent agency brings integrated creative, media, and production capabilities to health, wellness, sports, fitness, and lifestyle brand clients.
Zambezi, an independent Los Angeles creative agency that builds billion-dollar consumer brands, is now majority-owned by Manna Tree. The agency, marking its 20th anniversary in 2026, works across health and wellness, sports, fitness, and lifestyle, with clients including TaylorMade, the NFL, ESPN, Under Armour, and Club Pilates.
Manna Tree invested to add creative, media, and production marketing capabilities to its existing talent, supply chain, and finance resources for health and wellness portfolio companies. "We are not just investing in a growing creative agency – with Zambezi we are investing in the future of our firm and our ability to support the next generation of category-defining health and wellness brands," said Ross Iverson, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Manna Tree.
Zambezi will continue to operate independently under its existing management and serve its client base.
