The commercial real estate services network with more than 325 offices and 5,800 professionals across 65 countries moves from C-III Capital Partners to C-IV Capital Partners in an internal Island Capital Group reorganization.
C-IV Capital Partners has acquired NAI Global, a commercial real estate services network operating through more than 325 locally owned offices and 5,800 professionals across 65 countries, from C-III Capital Partners in an internal reorganization of Island Capital Group affiliates. "NAI Global is an invaluable component of the Island Capital diversified real estate services platform," said Andrew Farkas, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Island Capital Group and Executive Chairman of C-IV.
