THL Partners acquires majority stake in Queue-it
The investment is designed to support product development and international expansion as AI-driven online activity adds complexity to managing surges in digital demand.
THL Partners acquired a majority stake in Queue-it, a Denmark-based provider of online traffic orchestration software, through its Automation Fund II and from selling shareholder GRO. The company’s technology helps enterprises and public-sector organizations in ticketing, retail, government, and financial services manage sudden spikes in digital traffic and control automated traffic from bots and other potentially abusive activity.
“Queue-it has built an impressive platform that helps organizations deliver reliable digital experiences during their most critical moments,” said Jordan Welu, managing director at THL. Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisor to Queue-it and Bech-Bruun served as legal counsel; Freshfields US LLP and Plesner Advokatpartnerselskab advised THL.
