The transaction adds United States and Europe commercial aviation, including airlines, OEMs, and MRO providers 25 hangars across 11 sites in the U.S. and Europe H.I.G. plans to support IAC's growth by expanding its geographic footprint, investing in additional hangar capacity, and pursuing add-on acquisitions.
