TA-Backed FinQuery Acquires Innervision from IRIS

FinQuery, a TA Associates portfolio company, has acquired Innervision from IRIS Software Group. Innervision provides lease-accounting software and expertise in UK and international accounting standards, including FRS 102 and IFRS 16.

The acquisition establishes FinQuery UK, adding a local team and customer base after nearly a decade of serving UK and European companies. Existing Innervision customers will continue receiving service and support, with access to FinQuery’s broader accounting platform planned over time.

FinQuery serves more than 8,700 organizations globally across lease accounting, fixed assets, debt, accruals and prepaid expenses.
