Xylem acquires EagleTree-backed WaterFleet
The $200 million sale gives Xylem a mobile water and wastewater services provider serving industrial, construction and energy sites.
Xylem agreed to acquire WaterFleet from EagleTree Capital for $200 million.
The Texas-based company provides mobile potable water production, wastewater treatment and water-quality monitoring for industrial, construction and energy sites, including remote and temporary projects without permanent utility infrastructure.
Xylem said the acquisition will add WaterFleet's fleet-based service model to its water infrastructure portfolio.
