Xylem agreed to acquire WaterFleet from EagleTree Capital for $200 million.
The Texas-based company provides mobile potable water production, wastewater treatment and water-quality monitoring for industrial, construction and energy sites, including remote and temporary projects without permanent utility infrastructure.
