Catchment Capital closes Isolatek International acquisition
The New Jersey manufacturer supplies certified passive fireproofing materials for commercial, institutional, data center and advanced manufacturing facilities.
Isolatek International, a Stanhope, New Jersey-based manufacturer and supplier of passive fireproofing materials, was acquired by Catchment Capital from SK Capital Partners.
Its products are certified to UL, EN and BS standards and include intumescent and cementitious offerings used in commercial, institutional, data center and advanced manufacturing facilities.
Catchment Capital, formed in 2024 and based in New York, invests in middle-market industrial technology, services and products businesses.
The firm cited Isolatek's management track record, proprietary technologies and favorable demand trends as part of the investment case.
J.P. Morgan and Lord Abbett Private Credit Advisor provided committed debt financing.
RBC Capital Markets served as financial advisor and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP provided legal counsel to Catchment.
