Bain Capital agrees to acquire SupplyOn

Bain Capital has agreed to acquire SupplyOn, a supply chain collaboration platform that connects more than 200 automotive, aerospace and defense manufacturers with over 140,000 suppliers globally, from its shareholders AUMOVIO, Bosch, Schaeffler, and ZF.
The platform, founded in 2000, supports collaboration across procurement, quality, logistics, and compliance, and will receive new AI capabilities under Bain Capital’s ownership.

The investment was led by Bain Capital’s Tech Opportunities business in Europe and is subject to regulatory approvals.
