TeamLogic acquired IT Assist, a managed IT services franchisee serving small and mid-sized businesses.
Salt Creek Capital had backed the Newtown, Pa.-based company since 2020, helping it expand from 11 to 23 territories across healthcare, life sciences, education and manufacturing verticals.
