Hudson Hill Capital has closed a single-asset continuation vehicle for InXpress, a logistics franchise that connects small and midsized businesses with parcel and freight carriers. The transaction gives existing investors a choice of liquidity or continued investment while allowing Hudson Hill to retain its investment in the company.
Founded in the UK in 1999, InXpress operates across 14 countries through 450 franchises and serves more than 46,000 customers. Its WebShip platform resells capacity from DHL, UPS, FedEx and more than 100 freight carriers.
