Founded in 1993, the business serves municipal, commercial, industrial and residential end markets.
White Wolf supplied hybrid capital combining debt and preferred equity to fund the acquisition and ongoing growth initiatives.
Investly Capital served as the independent sponsor for the transaction.
White Wolf Hybrid Capital is a White Wolf Capital Group strategy focused on lower middle-market companies with up to $15 million in EBITDA.
