Amulet Capital Partners buys TFP Fertility Group from Benefit Street Partners

Across the UK and Poland, the fertility provider operates 10 clinics and 21 satellite or referral centres serving reproductive healthcare patients.

In a healthcare platform deal focused on reproductive medicine, Amulet Capital Partners acquired TFP Fertility Group, a fertility and reproductive healthcare provider.

Benefit Street Partners, a Franklin Templeton company, sold the business after an ownership period that included repositioning the group.

TFP operates an integrated network of 10 fertility clinics and 21 satellite or referral centres across the UK and Poland.

The company provides fertility and reproductive health services and has more than 35 years of clinical heritage, with activities spanning patient care, clinical outcomes, research and quality programs.

The business will keep the TFP brand and remain under CEO Jude Fleming and the current management team.

Capital from Amulet’s investment is intended to support growth, wider patient access and continued clinical investment across TFP’s core markets.

Amulet Capital Partners is a middle-market private equity firm focused exclusively on healthcare, with offices in Greenwich, Connecticut, and Walnut Creek, California.

The firm manages about $2.5 billion of regulatory assets under management and is investing from its third fund, which closed in July 2024 with about $1.2 billion in capital commitments.

Lincoln International and McDermott Will & Schulte advised Amulet Capital Partners.

Rothschild & Co and Linklaters advised Benefit Street Partners.
