Latticework-Backed Beacon Adds Prime Psychiatry and Invicta Healthcare
The Dallas-Fort Worth practices expand Beacon’s outpatient psychiatry network in North Texas.
Beacon Behavioral Partners, backed by Latticework Capital, has acquired Prime Psychiatry and Invicta Healthcare, two outpatient psychiatric providers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Both offer Spravato treatment and transcranial magnetic stimulation, expanding Beacon’s interventional psychiatry services in North Texas.
Prime Psychiatry, led by founder Dr. Efosa Airuehia, also offers lifestyle medicine, hormone optimization and genetic testing. Invicta Healthcare, led by Dr. Manu Mathews, provides medication management and psychotherapy alongside its interventional treatments.
Beacon supports physician-led practices with operational services while preserving clinical autonomy.
