Integrated Power Services closes Bold Renewables acquisition
The Windsor, Colorado-based business provides field services, replacement parts, preventive maintenance and technical training for utility-scale solar installations across North America.
Bold Renewables, a solar inverter maintenance and repair provider, was sold by Right Lane Industries to Integrated Power Services. Bold was formed through Right Lane’s 2019 carveout of Advanced Energy’s central solar inverter service business and, over the following seven years, built maintenance, repairs and aftermarket components for utility-scale solar installations.
“Right Lane gave us the independence and support to build Bold on our own terms,” said Brenda Clarke, president of Bold Renewables. Integrated Power Services provides repair, maintenance and field services for electric motors, generators, drives and power management equipment.
